Photo Gallery
The Gallery is a space for sharing photographs, portraits, videos and images of our multipodians, mentees and mentors at work, attending technical and scientific conferences, social events, or simply having fun in other activities (e.g. traveling, hobbies, sports, etc.) Submissions should have a short text in English describing the "What, Who and When" of the event or shared experience.
World Health Summit
In October 2019, more than two dozen MultiPOD current and former mentees (multipodians) and the Program Coordinator of MultiPOD Mentoring met in person at the XI World Health Summit (Berlin, October 26-29, 2019). The WHS is one of the most important scientific, technical and policy events on Global Health in the world. MultiPOD's participation was possible thanks to the incredible enthusiasm and commitment of our multipodians, the generosity of Julian Kickbusch, WHS Program Director, and the organizational skills of MultiPOD's Technical Officer Anna Frühauf. During the WHS, this group of young multipodians decided to start a new organization, the "Coalition for Global Health Innovation", a true think tank or "collective intelligence" network of young professionals and students working on Global Health and Human Development, which will provide a forum and platform to launch new and fresh ideas to address the main problems confronting humankind in the XXI century. Here are a few photographs of this event.
