Alexandria graduated cum laude from the School of Foreign Service (SFS) at Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA) and a concentration in Biotechnology and Global Health. Additionally, she received a certificate in International Development from the SFS.

Alexandria was a Mentee in 2015 and currently works at the Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization (PAHO/WHO) in Washington, DC as a Technical Officer in the Communicable Diseases and Environmental Determinants of Health Department.
